Permits, placement and who may haul in Bolingbrook
Construction sites — the rule that matters: Code § 42-6(b) makes it unlawful to keep rubbish or combustible refuse on a construction site unless it goes in a heavy-gauge metal container "no smaller than 15 cubic yards," and the load must be collected and removed within 24 hours of the container being full. In the street: § 44-1 bars obstructing any street, sidewalk or public way unless allowed under a permit from the public works and engineering director, and parkway damage has to be put right (§ 44-4).
