Elite Dumpsters Naperville runs out of a yard at 588 W 5th Ave in Naperville. The idea is simple: make dumpster rental straightforward, affordable and dependable for homeowners and contractors here. So we keep it plain. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we hit. A local person on the phone rather than a call center.
Naperville is a city of very different jobs — Illinois' third largest, with more than 150,000 people across DuPage and Will counties. The tight driveways near downtown get kitchens, roofs and full gut jobs; neighborhoods like White Eagle, Ashbury and River Run get remodels, basements and landscaping; property managers turn over units; contractors build. Knowing which of those a call is before the truck leaves the yard is most of the job — along with knowing that Naperville's curbside service takes only a couple of cans or bundles of remodel debris a week, and that Illinois will not let yard waste into a landfill at all.
Whatever you are clearing — a garage or a whole house, a job site, a yard full of storm limbs or a rental you want emptied by a crew — the container exists for it. Call (630) 864-6143 and describe it in a sentence.

How it works
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No long forms, no guesswork.
You get one number covering delivery, the standard 3–7 day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated weight allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, brick or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site exactly where you asked, with boards under it if you want them. Often same-day or next-day, depending on availability.
Keep it below the top edge and keep the banned items out — tires, car batteries, oil, paint, chemicals, TVs and computers, fridges with the Freon still in them. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
The load goes to a permitted facility, with metal, concrete and clean green waste recycled whenever possible. You get your driveway back the way you left it.
Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which drives near downtown the truck fits down, which towns license the haulers working inside their limits, which ones keep containers out of the street, and that Naperville's Right-of-Way permit takes about two weeks to review.
Our service area page lists every city and village we cover, grouped by area, and each has its own page covering access, housing and what that town's own code says about containers in the street and who may haul.

Why us
The phone rings in Naperville. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a tight drive near downtown and a larger lot in White Eagle, and how far it is to Plainfield.
Delivery, the rental, pickup, disposal and a stated weight allowance in a single number. No hidden fuel surcharges, no extra fees. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call early and most Naperville, Warrenville, Lisle and Wheaton orders have a good chance of going out the same day, depending on availability. The towns 12 to 16 miles out are more often next day — said honestly, in advance.
Boards under the dumpster when you ask, and the driver tells you before delivery if a tight drive, low power lines or soft ground needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard loaded level is the honest answer for your broken-up patio, that is what we will quote you.
Storms drop limbs and fences across whole neighborhoods. We queue honestly after a storm and tell you where you are in the line.

Seventeen cities and villages across DuPage, Will, Kane and Kendall counties. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book.
Illinois keeps landscape waste, tires, car batteries, motor oil, un-stripped appliances and, since 2026, TVs and computers out of its landfills. We keep those out of the box, recycle what the facilities take, and say so.
Guides
Sizing math, Naperville permits, what a dumpster really costs here, what can and cannot go in, and the Illinois yard-waste ban — the things that cost money when you get them wrong.
Sizing
Quick answer: a 20 yard fits most Naperville remodels and cleanouts. How to pick between 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yards by volume, weight and driveway space — and why the Groot cart will not take the job.
Read the guidePermits
No Naperville permit found for a driveway roll-off; a Right-of-Way permit for the street. Across the 17 places we serve the rules run from street occupancy permits to scavenger licences capped at seven. Every town, from its own code.
Read the guideCost
Naperville dumpster rentals typically run $350–$750. What is inside that number — disposal, the weight allowance, the days, the drive — the town fees that are published, and the disposal rates that are not.

We run roll-off containers out of the West 5th Avenue yard to every city and village below. Naperville and the closest towns are often same-day; the edges of the area are more often next-day. Several towns license the haulers that work inside their limits, and a few keep containers out of the street — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
Answers
Most rentals typically run $350 to $750, depending on the size, the type of debris, the delivery location and how long you keep it. You get one flat rate on the phone that includes delivery, pickup, the standard 3 to 7 day rental and the included weight — 1 to 2 tons on a 10 yard, up to 5 to 6 on a 40. Going over the weight is a simple overage fee based on weight, and extra days are a daily or weekly rate. Call (630) 864-6143 for a firm number for your address.
Often the same day or next day, depending on availability — call early in the day for the best chance of same-day. Towns 12 to 16 road miles out, like West Chicago, Oswego, Romeoville and Plainfield, are more often next day. We tell you which when you call.
We found no City of Naperville permit for a roll-off on your own driveway or private property. The street, parkway, alley or sidewalk is different: that needs a City Right-of-Way permit through the Civic Access portal — $88, or $120 if part of the street is closed, plus a $5,000 bond — and review takes about 14 calendar days. Other towns differ — Glen Ellyn bans obstructing the street or parkway, North Aurora bans containers in the right-of-way, Wheaton wants a street occupancy permit. Check your HOA too. We flag it when you book.
Tires and car batteries, motor oil and other liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks and gas cylinders, chemicals, medical waste and asbestos. Fridges, freezers and A/C units only with the Freon, mercury and PCB parts removed. TVs, computers, monitors and printers have been banned from Illinois landfills since January 1, 2026. In Naperville, household hazardous waste goes to the free Household Hazardous Waste Facility at 156 Fort Hill Dr instead, on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A loaded roll-off is heavy. Ask for boards under the dumpster and the driver puts them down. Tell us before delivery if a surface worries you — fresh concrete, a cracked slab or soft ground.
Volume and weight are two separate limits, and the material decides which runs out first. A bathroom or a garage is a 10, a kitchen or flooring job a 15, a whole-house cleanout or multi-room remodel a 20, a big renovation or an estate a 30, and broken-up concrete or dirt a 10 loaded level. The size guide covers it; the phone call confirms it.
Yes — sixteen more cities and villages across DuPage, Will, Kane and Kendall counties. Several license haulers or scavengers (we hold the licences they require), and a few keep containers out of the street; each town page quotes what that town's code says, and we tell you straight on the phone.
Early. Same-day depends on availability, and the days right after a big storm are the busiest. For a planned remodel or cleanout, a few days' notice gets you the size you want on the day you want it.
