Seventeen cities and villages and one yard in Naperville. Here is every place we cover, grouped by area, each with its own page on access, housing and what the town's own code says — including the towns that license their haulers and the ones that keep containers out of the street.

We run roll-off containers out of 588 W 5th Ave in Naperville to every city and village below. Distance is the first thing that changes. Naperville itself, plus Warrenville and Lisle 4 to 5 road miles from the yard, are the quickest runs, and Wheaton, Winfield, Bolingbrook, Woodridge, Downers Grove, Aurora and Glen Ellyn are 7 to 9 miles out — often same-day when you call early. West Chicago, North Aurora, Montgomery, Oswego, Batavia, Romeoville and Plainfield are 12 to 16 miles out and more often next day.
The second thing that changes is the law. Naperville requires a Right-of-Way permit for any container in the street, parkway or sidewalk, and licenses commercial scavengers through the City Clerk. Wheaton, Warrenville, West Chicago, Downers Grove, Glen Ellyn, Lisle and Plainfield license scavengers or haulers, and North Aurora requires a Waste Removal Licence — we hold ours. Glen Ellyn bans obstructing the street or parkway, North Aurora bans containers in the right-of-way, and West Chicago wants a construction dumpster on private property, 5 feet from the property line. Bolingbrook requires a container of at least 15 yards on construction sites. Each town page quotes the section and gives the department to call. We would rather say it here than find out on delivery day.
The service area
The run splits naturally into three: Naperville and DuPage County, Aurora and the Fox Valley to the west, and Will County to the south.
Naperville itself and the DuPage County towns around it — Warrenville, Lisle, Wheaton, Winfield, Woodridge, Downers Grove, Glen Ellyn and West Chicago — roughly 4 to 12.5 road miles from the yard. Same-day in Naperville and the nearer towns when you call before noon; next morning as a rule for Glen Ellyn and West Chicago, often the same day.
Aurora, North Aurora, Batavia, Montgomery and Oswego, across Kane and Kendall counties — roughly 9 to 13 road miles from the yard. Same-day in Aurora when you call before noon; next morning as a rule for the rest, often the same day.
Bolingbrook, Romeoville and Plainfield — roughly 8 to 16 road miles from the yard. Same-day in Bolingbrook when you call before noon; next morning as a rule for Romeoville and Plainfield, often the same day, and Monday to Saturday only in Plainfield.

Naperville, Warrenville and Lisle are the most likely when you call early, then Wheaton, Winfield, Bolingbrook, Woodridge, Downers Grove, Aurora and Glen Ellyn, 7 to 9 road miles out, depending on where the trucks are. The towns 12 to 16 miles out are usually next day.
Yes, call — unincorporated areas and neighboring communities between our towns are often inside our run. They just do not have their own pages yet.
Because Naperville, Wheaton, Warrenville, West Chicago, Downers Grove, Glen Ellyn, Lisle, North Aurora and Plainfield each have a code section or village rule requiring a licence to collect or haul waste inside their limits. We state what each town's code says, hold the licences they require, and tell you where your job stands when you call.
The flat rate depends partly on the delivery location, so the edges of the area can cost a little more — we say so up front.
Yes — Aurora, North Aurora, Batavia, Montgomery and Oswego in the Fox Valley, and Bolingbrook, Romeoville and Plainfield in Will County. Further out than that, call and we will tell you honestly.
