Information we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the project location or service address in Naperville or nearby areas, and the details of your dumpster rental needs. When you use the website, we may also collect some information automatically — IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent on the site, and device type and operating system.

How we use it

To respond to quote requests and customer inquiries; to process and manage dumpster rental bookings in Naperville and surrounding areas; to improve website functionality and your experience; to send service updates or important information related to your rental; and to share promotions or special offers only if you choose to receive them. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties.

Cookies, analytics and the quote widget

The site may use cookies and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to remember your preferences for future visits, analyze website traffic and visitor behavior, and improve website performance and content relevance. The quote and chat widget on the site is run by a third-party provider that passes what you type into it to us so we can call you back. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, although some features of the website may not work properly without them.

Third-party services

We may use third-party services to support our operations, including payment processing platforms, website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and advertising services such as Google Ads. These providers may have their own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing to understand how your data is handled.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. The website uses secure servers, SSL encryption and controlled access systems to safeguard your data. While we work to protect your information, no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to access, update or delete your personal information, opt out of receiving marketing communications, or ask how your data is collected and used. Contact us at info@elitedumpstersnaperville.com or (630) 864-6143.
