Depending on demand, availability and the requirements of the project, we may provide the rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider ("Service Provider"). When you request a quote or call (630) 864-6143, your request may be handled directly by our team or shared with a qualified local provider who can complete it. Each Service Provider operates independently and is responsible for its own pricing, service execution and performance.

Acceptance of terms

By using the website or calling (630) 864-6143, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

No guarantee of service

We work to provide reliable, professional dumpster rental throughout Naperville and the surrounding areas. However, service availability, timing and pricing may vary with demand and project requirements, and services may be fulfilled either directly by Elite Dumpsters Naperville or by an independent provider. We are not responsible for delays, scheduling conflicts or disputes that arise from services handled by third-party providers. All service agreements are ultimately between you and the company completing the rental.

Payments and pricing

Depending on how your rental is fulfilled, payment may be handled directly by Elite Dumpsters Naperville or by the assigned Service Provider. Pricing is based on dumpster size, rental duration and project requirements. We are not responsible for billing disputes, refunds or pricing differences from third-party providers; any financial agreement is between you and the company completing the service.

Use of the container

Load the container no higher than the top edge — an overfilled dumpster cannot be safely transported — and keep the delivery area and the path to it clear. Do not place paint, solvents, fuel, oil or other hazardous liquids, chemicals, tires, batteries, asbestos, pressurized or propane tanks, medical waste, appliances with refrigerants that have not been properly handled, or covered electronics in the container. Illinois bans whole tires, lead-acid batteries, motor oil, large appliances with their Freon, mercury or PCB parts still in place and, since January 1, 2026, covered electronics from its landfills, and landscape waste must be kept out of mixed loads because it is banned from landfills too. Heavy material such as concrete, dirt, brick and asphalt is subject to weight limits for safe transport.

Permits and placement

Placement on private property such as a driveway usually needs no permit. A container on a public street, parkway, sidewalk, alley or other right-of-way may need the town's permit — in Naperville, a Right-of-Way permit — and our team can guide you through the local requirements when you book. Service Providers are responsible for obtaining the licences, insurance and permits their own work requires.

Service provider responsibility

When third-party providers are involved, they operate as independent contractors. They are responsible for obtaining proper licences, insurance and required permits; complying with local regulations; the safe handling and disposal of waste materials; and preventing damage during delivery and pickup. Elite Dumpsters Naperville does not supervise or control independent providers and is not liable for their actions or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Dumpsters Naperville, its owners and affiliates are not liable for injury, property damage or loss resulting from services provided by third parties; for service delays, cancellations or failure to perform; or for errors or omissions in website content or service information. Use of our services is at your own risk.

No warranties

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the performance or reliability of third-party service providers, the accuracy or completeness of information on this website, or the suitability of services for a specific project. All services are provided on an "as is" basis.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Dumpsters Naperville, its affiliates and employees from any claims, damages or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the website or services, your agreement or interaction with any Service Provider, or any violation of these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute is handled within the appropriate courts serving Naperville, Illinois. We may update these terms from time to time; updates are posted here with a revised effective date, and continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of those updates.
